Every visit has a one-hour minimum charge that covers travel to you and your first hour on the job.
Time after the first hour is charged in 15-minute blocks. Parts and sundries (hemp, thread tape, silicone and similar consumables) are additional.

It depends on the system, the type of filter and how much water you use. Many household cartridges are changed around every six months, but always check the manufacturer's guidance for your system. We can keep you on a regular service so changes happen on schedule.

If you have a specific concern about your water supply, your water supplier can tell you what it contains.
Our time is charged at our published rates: $100 + GST per hour during business hours, with a one-hour minimum of $161 including GST that covers travel and the first hour. The filter system and any parts are extra. For larger jobs we can provide a written quote.
We work across Christchurch and the surrounding areas, including Lincoln, Rolleston and Kaiapoi. Rates depend on the zone, and we tell you which one applies when you book.
